Its compact and simple construction allows for easy installation and maintenance, while the dual-direction sealing design ensures dependable performance in both flow directions. The specially designed narrow-brim sealing surface provides compatibility with commonly used butterfly valve flanges, and the rear-structure valve seat ensures reliable sealing and a long service life. The reinforced valve disc features a nylon coating that provides excellent resistance to corrosion, erosion, and high temperatures, while an SS304 stainless steel disc is available as an option for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The no-shaft-pin design helps prevent leakage through shaft holes, further improving reliability.
