GVA10 Globe Valve Actuator, 1000N Series

The GVA10 Globe Valve Actuator – 1000N Series is specially designed for reliable and precise control of globe valves used in a wide range of HVAC systems and equipment. It is compatible with Fluxera’s GVS/GVF globe valves for water applications and GVFH globe valves for steam applications, as well as other compatible globe valves from different brands. The actuator is easy to assemble, allowing quick connection to the valve, while its self-centering adapter automatically aligns with the valve stem and can rotate 360° around the valve neck. It features mechanical position indication and adjustable limits throughout the full stroke, with self-adaptive operation for strokes up to 25 mm and full-stroke overload protection for enhanced safety and durability.

For convenient operation and maintenance, the GVA10 can be locally controlled using the two buttons on the top cover, allowing the valve to be positioned as required. It also supports mechanical manual operation when power or the control signal is unavailable, making it suitable for modulating, repair, and maintenance applications. The fail position can be configured through DIP switches to hold or move the valve to 0%, 50%, or 100% when the input signal is absent. A three-color LED provides clear indication of the actuator’s operating status, while configurable DIP switches allow users to adjust the direction, speed, and other operating parameters. An optional fail-safe function enables the actuator to move the valve to a preset fully open or fully closed position in the event of external power failure.
