GVA20 Globe Valve Actuator, 2000N Series

The GVA20 Globe Valve Actuator, 2000N Series is specially designed for reliable and precise control of globe valves used in a wide range of HVAC systems and equipment. It is compatible with Fluxera’s GVS/GVF globe valves for water applications, GVFH globe valves for steam applications, as well as other brands of matching globe valves. The actuator is designed for easy assembly, with an adapter that self-centers the valve stem and can rotate 360° around the valve neck, simplifying installation. Mechanical position indication and adjustable limits are available throughout the full stroke, while the self-adaptive mechanism supports a maximum stroke of 25 mm and provides full-stroke overload protection.

For convenient local operation, two buttons on the top cover allow users to control the valve to any desired position. The actuator also supports mechanical manual operation during power failure or when the control signal is unavailable, making it suitable for modulating, repair, and maintenance applications. A DIP switch allows the fail position to be configured to Hold, 0%, 50%, or 100%, enabling the valve to move or remain in a safe position when the input signal is absent. Three-color LED indicators provide clear information about the actuator’s operating status, while additional DIP switch settings allow adjustment of parameters such as operating direction and speed. An optional fail-safe function enables the actuator to drive the valve to a preset fully open or fully closed position in the event of external power failure. Multiple power supply, control, and feedback signal options provide flexible integration with different HVAC control systems.
