GVA35 Globe Valve Actuator, 3500N Series

The GVA35 Globe Valve Actuator, 3500N Series is specially designed for precise and reliable control of globe valves used in a wide range of HVAC systems and equipment. It is compatible with Fluxera’s GVS/GVF series globe valves for water applications, GVSH/GVFH series for steam applications, as well as compatible globe valves from other brands. The actuator is designed for easy assembly, allowing quick connection to the valve, while its self-centering adapter automatically aligns with the valve stem and can rotate 360° around the valve neck for convenient installation. Mechanical position indication and adjustable limits can be set throughout the full stroke, while the self-adaptive function supports a maximum stroke of 50 mm and provides full-stroke overload protection. For convenient operation and commissioning, the actuator can be locally controlled using the two buttons on the top cover, allowing the valve to be positioned as required. It also features manual mechanical operation, enabling the valve to be adjusted when power is unavailable or the control signal is absent, which is particularly useful during modulation, repair, and maintenance.

The GVA35 provides flexible safety and configuration options, with the fail position selectable through DIP switches to allow the valve to stop at a predefined safe position—Hold, 0%, 50%, or 100%—when the input signal is absent. A three-color LED provides clear indication of the actuator’s operating status, while DIP switches allow adjustment of operating direction, speed, and other parameters. An optional fail-safe function enables the actuator to continue operating to a fully open or fully closed position in the event of external power failure, with the desired fail position configurable through the DIP switch. Multiple power supply, control, and feedback signal options are available to accommodate different HVAC control systems and installation requirements.
