GVA06 Globe Valve Actuator, 600N Series

The GVA06 Globe Valve Actuator – 600N Series is specially designed for reliable and precise control of globe valves used in a wide range of HVAC systems and equipment. It is compatible with Fluxera GVS/GVF globe valves for water applications and GVSH/GVFH globe valves for steam applications, as well as matching globe valves from other brands. The actuator is designed for easy assembly, allowing quick connection to the valve, while its self-centering adapter accommodates the valve stem and can rotate 360° around the valve neck for convenient installation. Mechanical position indication and adjustable limits can be set throughout the full valve stroke, while the self-adaptive function supports a maximum stroke of 25 mm and provides full-stroke overload protection for safe and dependable operation.

For convenient local control, the GVA06 features two buttons on the top cover, allowing users to position the valve as required. Manual mechanical operation is also available when power or the control signal is unavailable, making the actuator suitable for valve positioning, repair, and maintenance. The fail position can be configured through DIP switches, enabling the valve to stop at a selected safe position—Hold, 0%, 50%, or 100%—when the input signal is absent. A three-color LED provides clear indication of the actuator’s operating status, while configurable DIP switches allow adjustment of the operating direction, speed, and other functions. An optional fail-safe function enables the actuator to continue operating to a preset fully open or fully closed position in the event of external power failure. With multiple selectable power, control, and feedback signal options, the GVA06 offers flexible integration into different HVAC control systems.
