 One-piece, three-round (two in combustion chamber), pressurized combustion boiler, equipped with large reverse-flame firebox, fully wetted firebox bottom.

Start-up condensate drain connection located on the flue case, internal water path designed to cool the front and raise the temperature of the back to reduce start-up condensate.

• Boiler body made of P235GH EN10028-2 steel plate welded to full penetration.
• Cylindrical combustion chamber, welded internally and externally to the front plate and closed at the rear with fully wetted bottom.
• Smoke tubes are arranged to optimize water circulation inside and to balance heat exchange. Steel tubes are used: newly developed and highly efficient INOX steel turbulators are inserted inside.
• Steel front door coated internally with insulating insulation, provided with sealing gasket, complete with hole and plate for burner connection and flame control light.
• Boiler body cladding made of 60mm-thick mineral wool mat with aluminum support.
• External protection made of pre-painted galvanized sheet metal panels.
• Control and safety equipment complete with wiring and grouped in an instrument panel located above the generator and includes: dial thermometer, service thermostat, manual reset safety thermostat, main switch, protection fuse.

Blowtherm High efficiency inversion flame pressurized hot water Boilers PACK-P IC 110 – 640. The boiler is constructed as per European directive 90/396CE (directive on gas) and 92/42CE (directive on efficiency) and Certified to the PED

(Pressure Equipment Directive).
